Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the e-shop Brothers Custom s.r.o., Libá 126, 351 31 Libá, Czech Republic, Company ID: 23290889, VAT ID: CZ23290889 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer (the “Buyer”).
2. The purchase contract is concluded only when the Seller sends the order confirmation.
3. The offer of goods on the e-shop does not constitute a proposal to conclude a contract.

2. Orders and Delivery Terms

1. Orders are placed electronically through the e-shop.
2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the goods are out of stock or in case of suspected misuse.
3. Delivery times are indicative. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

1. All prices include VAT.
2. The price of the goods is valid at the time the order is placed.
3. Available payment methods include bank transfer, online payment and cash on delivery (depending on the options available in the e-shop).

4. Installation of Parts

1. All parts must be professionally installed by a qualified professional service.
2. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper installation. This requirement is necessary to maintain the warranty and ensure safe operation.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. Withdrawal is not possible for goods modified according to the customer's request (e.g. custom-made parts).
3. The goods must be returned undamaged and unused, including all accessories and documentation, ideally in the original packaging.
4. Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted. The cost of returning the shipment is borne by the Buyer.
5. The Buyer (consumer) is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to become familiar with their nature, properties and functionality.

6. Complaints and Warranty

1. Consumers are entitled to a 24-month warranty on the goods.
2. Complaints must be submitted in writing, including a description of the defect and proof of purchase.
3. Improper installation, mechanical damage or use contrary to the intended purpose of the goods voids the right to make a warranty claim.

7. Personal Data Protection

1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

8. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
2. The contractual language is Czech.
3. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1 July 2025.
